For our anniversary Rodger found a cabin in Near Monarch Pass for us to stay at and relax. The bad news was that we were both very sick. We decided to go anyway because we figured it would be more fun to be sick there than at home. We were right. While we didn't do much besides sleeping all day and watching movies but we did get to walk around the complex and take a short hike.
The complex was really pretty. It had great sidewalks for Ary to ride her tricycle. She also loved this bear and wanted to 'ride' it every time we would walk by.
Ary also loved the hot tub and would say "Go swim, swim, swim!"
This was our cabin. We would like to go back sometime during ski season.
We took a drive and decided to hike a little since it was so beautiful even though we weren't 100%.
Ary did a pretty good job hiking on her own. We are going to keep practicing. Gotta work up to doing a 14er...maybe by 5 she'll be ready!
